After 30 years of holidaying in Whangamatā, Jerry and her family made the move in 2025 and she couldn’t be happier to call this incredible place home.

Real estate has always been part of Jerry’s life. She grew up in the industry, with her mum running a successful agency in Wellington, and that early exposure sparked a passion that’s never left. Jerry spent the last five years selling homes in Lower Hutt, where she was recently named Bayley’s Lower Hutt’s #1 agent—an achievement she’s incredibly proud of. Coming from one of the country’s most competitive markets, Jerry knows what it takes to achieve outstanding results. She brings energy, knowledge, and a heartfelt commitment to every client. Known for her honesty, communication, and people-first approach, Jerry has built a thriving business through trust, results, and strong relationships with repeat and referral clients.

Jerry has a Bachelor of Commerce in marketing from the University of Auckland and enjoys keeping fit. She represented New Zealand in gymnastics and has raced in many triathlons, including the Taupo Ironman and ran the London Marathon in 2024. Married to Troy and proud Mum of three, together they share their love of camping, travelling and the outdoors as well as combining social time with their wide circle of friends and family.
