Born and raised in the neighbouring Hauraki Region, Lee is deeply connected to the wider area. He now proudly bases his business in a place where he has strong ties and many memories and is raising his young family with his wife Tara and children Niko and Maia.

Lee holds an Honours Degree from Massey University and spent five enriching years in the United Kingdom. His time exploring, working, and playing rugby in Scotland and England broadened his perspective on people, culture, and circumstances. These experiences have equipped him with key skills to achieve outstanding outcomes and understand diverse client needs.
