Bev spent many years working in Europe and Australia before returning to Whitianga to raise a family. Originally from a retail pharmacy background, including the set up and management of a new store, Bev decided it was time to persue a new endeavor.
Real estate was the chosen path because of the challenges it presents, and the opportunity to grow your own business. Living in Whitianga for 26 years, and with a wide knowledge of the area, Bev enjoys finding the right match for the right person. She offers an amiable and professional approach to her clients, and it is of the utmost importance for her to offer an exceptionally high standard of service – for both vendors and purchasers alike.
"Being part of the Bayleys team, I am backed by the best possible resources in the industry, with the intimacy of working within a family owned company. I am able to provide the best possible service to all my clients, covering the whole Peninsula, and will always go the extra mile. Some of my listings in the past haven’t always been the “easiest” of properties to sell, but I have always enjoyed the challenge of finding the right buyers."

Whitianga is located on the eastern side of the Coromandel Peninsula, 208 km from Auckland, 93 km from Thames, 42 km from Tairua. It is situated on the coast of Mercury Bay along the 5 km long east-facing Buffalo Beach. The town centre is at the southern end of the beach.
Buffalo Beach is named after the HMS Buffalo, which was wrecked during a storm while anchored in Mercury Bay. Her anchor can be seen at a monument at Buffalo Beach.
A passenger ferry crosses from Whitianga to Ferry Landing, close to Cooks Beach. The alternative to the two-minute ferry crossing is a 45-minute drive around Whitianga Harbour.
With Thames called the Gateway to the Peninsula the region boasts an enclave of pristine beaches up to west coast overlooking the Firth of Thames to the east coast with sheltered bays, sandy beaches and coastal settlements.
Whitianga has cemented its place as a destination with a selection of good quality holiday/permanent homes, popular restaurants and bars and boutique shopping opportunities. Boasting two supermarkets, The Warehouse and Placemakers making our region attraction for investing and for potential growth of the permanent population.
